Now it’s time to stuff the ham with some garlic, peppers and of course cheese. Feel free to get creative and stuff your ham with any other ingredients you would like. As you stuff the ham, ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout for a harmonious taste experience.
Place the stuffed ham directly on your grill or on a baking sheet, ready to be cooked to perfection. Allow the ham to cook for approximately 40 minutes, during which time the flavours meld together, creating an aroma that will make your mouth water in anticipation.

Blooming Ham Recipe
- 1 Halenda's Meats Mini Ham
- BBQ Sauce For basting
- 2 Gloves Garlic sliced
- 2 Bell Peppers thinly sliced
- Cheese Marble, thinly sliced
- Preheat your pellet grill or oven to 300 degrees. Prepare your mini ham by cross-scoring (slicing 1” vertically and horizontally).
- Stuff with any ingredients, but we used bell pepper, garlic, and cheese.
- Place directly on your grill or on a baking sheet and cook for approximately 40 minutes.
- Baste with your favourite BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes.
